100 Lucky PNP Applicants: Take Their Oath

It was a period of more than 5 months of processing and a crucial screening of PNP applicants who sought to join the PNP service done by the PRO 11 screening committee before they announced the 100 lucky PNP applicants can take their oath as a member of the PNP bearing the rank of Police Officer 1. They will filled up the 100 quota allocation for the Regional Police Office 11 (PRO 11) for the 2^nd semester class 2009-b regular recruitment.

The filing of their application started last September 2009 and in the middle of that month they undergone their Physical Agility test comprises the 100 meter dash, 1 kilometer run, push-up, sit-up, and pull up. Among the 250 plus applicant, their were only 190 plus of them hurdle the PAT and have been endorsed for Neuro-Phychiatric Examination. The NP Exam was completed for 3 days including the Psychiatric interview. Their were more than 135 applicants whose results for NP was recommended and that they were qualified to undergone the Medical Examination, General Physical Examination (GPE), Electro Cardiogram Examination (ECG), and the Dental Examination.

Last January 2010,the result of the final deliberation was released and 100 PNP applicants surpassed and hurdle the processing. They take their oath as new member of the Philippine National Police last February 16, 2010 and thier appointment order started last February 1, 2010. they are now undergoing 6 months of training at the Regional Training School 11. They are undergoing Public Safety Basic Recruit Course (PSBRC). One of them was the author of this website, to wit; PO1 |Glorio Ortega Dumandan Jr with badge No. 205670 and rank number one in the over all deliberation. they are now mold , honed, trained an equipped for them to be ready for thier responsibilities as a strong member of the PNP organization. they are the PSBRC CL 2010-01 Alpha and Bravo. They are undergoing the rigid and hard training.

“Whom you know; not on what you Know”. I just want to correct this explicit expression of some people especially to an applicant. You know….its really wisdom that drives us to be a qualified applicant of any job or positions we want to be. Knowledge was the prime mover of professionalism, without it. Were just like a dry leaves easily fallen when the winds swirl on it!. Before we are hired for any positions or jobs, there is a critical screening that will measure our ability (physical, mental, emotional) and if you fail to avail the standard set by the committee task on it you’ll so sorry…its better luck next time. The committee’s decision lies on your papers, and the way you deal yourself to them…meaning…it’s really hard for us to please them specially when there were no person that will introduce to them that you are on what you are. The whom you know now will intervene the process.

This is why I strive to be one of the strikers to the PRO. I am not aftering any compensation for the services I rendered to them, all I need is a support. In lieu with my advocacy, I have to strive my very best to impress the board that I am qualified to the position I am hunting. Works speak louder than voice…watch our videos insert on this page.

GODJR Completes His Official Logo Design

Portrays logo is the official logo of Mr. Glorio O. Dumandan Jr., RCrim. The pictures at the center isle was changeable anytime which varies the current image of the latter. The outer circle bears the official homepage of the author with the profession Criminologist et the bottom. at the outer layer, the circle withe number 19 and at the left side 87; 1987- the birth year of the latter. the second layer was the administrators name and his current address below.

Glorio Dumandan Jr. was the one who design the logo with the aide of Mr. Garsuta of Bansalan Pictureshop, his comrades in taking Computer Harware Servicing NC II at UM Bansalan College.

In response to the Economic Sustainability Plan to reduce unemployment and underemployment in the face of financial crisis gripping the global economy and to assist the poor yet deserving Filipinos to enrol in job-directed training programs and earn the corresponding qualification that will enhance their employability without costs to the scholar, the Pangulong Gloria Scholarships are hereby defined to include training fees, training support fund and free assessment and certification.

Among those courses that may be available for PGS sholarships may be the following but limited to are:

• SMAW
• ICT WTR courses
• Automotive courses
• Construction courses
• Metals and engineering
• HVAC
• Electronics
• Agriculture and Fisheries
• Processed Food and beverages
• Tourism courses
• other TESDA courses as available.

For those interested to Avail of the PGS scholarships, kindly go to the TESDA Quezon City District office for application and referral forms to be referred to the nearest TEKBOK providers where the TESDA scholar will be directed to. They may call 9292908 or 9279091.

UM Bansalan College was one of those who offers PGS under TESDA. It maintains 20 slots of scholars and one of them were Glorio O. Dumandan Jr. It offers the Computer Hardware Servicing NC 11 programs.
